Shipping Information
Where does Décor Insider ship?Décor Insider ships to any street address in the continental U.S, as well as Alaska, Hawaii. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Décor Insider does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?Please allow 12-20 business days for your order to arrive. Purchases are shipped directly from a manufacturer’s warehouse center to the purchaser’s address.
Is there a rush shipment option?At this time, we do not offer a rush shipment option.
Does Décor Insider offer white-glove delivery service?White-glove delivery services are available for furniture pieces.
Does furniture take longer to arrive?Due the logistics of shipping larger pieces, some furniture orders make take longer to arrive.
What is Décor Insider's insurance policy?Décor Insider's packages are secured directly by the shippers.
Can I track my order?When you place an order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information that will determine the arrival date of your items.
If I order multiple items, will they arrive in the same box?Since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, your purchases may arrive in more than one package.
